Men's Perosnal Care Guide


In this era of information loading it’s very difficult to get the basics right .In this Men's personal care guide I will be sharing tips on few essential and few ignored grooming tips for men head to toe.

 

Hair

 

1) Haircut: This is the most basic grooming that men should follow every 2-4 weeks. Unless you are someone who manages his long hair well. Nobody likes to look at a bird nest on top of your head.

 

2) Hair Styling: Invest in good quality hair gel for the frozen look. If you want shiny look go for cream and for that matte finish go for hair wax.

Please do not forget to invest in good shampoo and conditioner .Shampoo and condition your hair thrice a week at least as a personal hygiene practice

 

Skin:

 1) Invest in good face wash .use alternate hot and cold water splash for washing your face with a gentle face wash.

2) Don't go cheap on moisturizer. Use a good brand for that extra love to your skin.

3) Please use a sunscreen with SPF 30 if you plan to go out in sun.

4) Use pore strip for those ugly black heads on your nose.

 

The best therapy for your skin is lot of water and lot of sleep. That’s the best anti-aging advice for you.

 

Eyebrows: 

 Raise them with pride. Use a tweezers to take out the extras. Comb it and trim the long hair with scissors 

Nose and Ear 

Lalo Prasad Yadav is no style icon to follow .So please just get rid of them.

 

Lips  

Don't forget to use lip balm .A good lips can make or break a date so don't forget to take good care of them.

 

Oral hygiene

Brush your teeth well, use tongue scrapper, floss your teeth .Use mouth wash to get rid of foul breath. Go for professional clean up every 6 months.

 

Deodorant

There is no shortcut to this .Honestly if you smell good half of your battle is won. Invest in good deodorant use it on M,Tu,We,Thus,Fri,Sat,Sun.You know what I mean .Use it every day.

 

Body wash

Good body wash is essential for your skin health. A low quality soap or body was could lead to clogged pores and can impact your hormonal health.

 

Feet

Trim your nail. Nobody likes Dracula in actual life .Use pumice stone to get rid of dry callouses.

Don't scratch your partner with your heels when you are in bed. Please use foot balm for those soft foot.

Apart from this the, important point to remember is to have healthy diet comprising of fruit, vegetables, proteins and good quality carbs. Have plenty of water and good quality sleep.
